About Us
My name is Joseph Moylan, and I’m the founder of JayGotDetails LLC, proudly serving the East Valley out of Chandler, Arizona. I began my journey in the automotive world in 2021 as a service washer at car dealership Mercedes-Benz, but it wasn’t long before I discovered a deep passion for the art of detailing.
Pursuing that passion led me to Rightlook’s Advanced Auto Detailing Training in California, where I received hands-on education in paint correction, meticulous detailing, and nano ceramic coating installation. I now offer professional services built on training, precision, and results — all from my fully mobile van setup, complete with onboard water and electricity, so I can deliver high-end detailing anywhere it’s needed.

Expectations
Service Scope
- We professionally detail your vehicle’s exterior and interior based on the package selected, with optional add-ons available to customize your service.
Mobile Setup
- We bring our own water and electricity.
- We require a safe, accessible parking spot for service (driveway, street parking, etc.).
Customer Preparation
- Please remove all personal items and valuables from the vehicle prior to service.
- Ensure pets and children are kept safely away during the appointment.
- A fee may be incurred if personal items are not removed before service.
Weather Policy
- Services may be rescheduled if weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable (rain, high winds, extreme heat).
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
